We've never had anything but AWESOME food and service while dining at Bombay Palace! Everyone works together, if one sees an empty glass, they'll fill it for you, instead of having to wait on your server to get there.

no was able to help us with the menu because of the language bearer, We didn't understand them at all. No one person to care of our table, several people came to table with food items.

All of the staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. It is a big menu, and the owner picked out dishes that were well suited for our tastes.

The restaurant is very very dirty. Cleaning buckets are by the buffet and they served a hot plate wrapped with re used foil--use about 5 times. Very gross and twice we have been served reheated food at night that was on the buffet for lunch---yuck.

Our only problem was that the waiter told us that although he would take our $10 credit that from now on it would only be honored for food from the menu vs. the buffet. No where on the $10 credit does it list any restrictions for use. Afterall, it was not a coupon but a credit.
