Excellent service Friendly people
It was suppose to open at 3pm. It wasn't. We went to the stores on both sides of restaurant to see if they knew when it was open. They were not sure. Tried to call two different numbers. Finally someone opened the door at 3:45. The pizza was good.

Dining area not spectacular but employees very nice and helpful. Food was decent. Prices were as expected.
I called in a carry out order to be picked up at a later time. And they were very accommodating.
With over 38 years of experience, the same staff produce the best pizza you can buy.
Awful customer service. Ordered carry out and one of the pizzas was wrong. Called back and was told that I would have to pay for another pizza if I wanted what I ordered in the first place. Wasn’t willing to admit that a mistake was made.

The dining area is definitely nothing fancy. I guess most people just pick up their pizza here. It'd be nice if they had a fountain soda machine. Instead if you want something to drink, you have to buy a canned pop or bottled water.
They forgot a salad it was too far to drive back. The breadstick sampler was awful: they didnt rise or something and basically just threw grated cheese or sugar on top. No flavor to the chicken parm dinner at all. Sandwich bun over powered the meat n cheese.The only reason I didnt give it a 1 was the pizza. Ordered well done and it was perfect. All meats n veggies were done and tasty. Other than that for what I paid I was extremely disappointed. Would not return. Not even over missing food I paid for.
We had the sampler breadsticks, calzones, pizza and kids pizza meal and everything was great. The decor is from the 90's but it is part of the charm. We will return again.
The quality of the food was excellent! We had salad, which was very fresh, also the calamari was perfect.The portions were very generous. The service was friendly and also the wine was good!

The menu is strong with choices from a quick bite to eat to an all out catering spread. All authentic Italian food, and you can tell. It won't take you broke either. I really love this place.

wasn't sure if they had wait staff. We went up to the counter, ordered and paid. But a lady did serve the food. We didn't see her after that, a young man gave us containers for leftovers.

I got takeout, so can't comment on the whole dining experience. But I was very pleased with the ordering by phone, on-time pickup and the ease of paying my bill.

Food was excellent but we had to wait a long time to place our order but once we did order it came quickly. Seemed like maybe they were under staffed especially for a Saturday night.
Ordered carry out. Ready when promised. Pizza just average. Crust a bit doughy. A little light on meat toppings. Would have been pricey without deal.

We bough Big Kohuna's pizza years ago at another location. Found this location, got a pizza, and found it is still on of the best pizzas around.
Great customer service. The amount of time we waited for our food was minimal.
Didn't have a table, but eating at the bar was fine.
