Pasta was cold, service was slow, prices were high. It was getting late so we didn't ask the server to reheat the pasta and we didn't want to wait even longer. They never asked us how the food was, which is strange.
The pizza was good/freshly made. What was even better was the fact that I din't have to ask them to lower the volume of the music. That's rare.
All choices were great. Guest was pleased with non-gluten pasta. Staff was attentive and very friendlyPortions were large so we had some to take home!

We called for reservations and requested to be seated in the dining room away from the bar, reservations were for 4:45 Saturday, When we arrived we asked for our requested seating we were ushered to the bar area for seating. We were told no you sit here. The table next to us was working on planing an event with the restaurant people and and were loudly discussing the food and so on. Our server was also the one who gave us the table. He talked nonstop about travels to Italy. The meal brought to my wife was like it was leftover from lunch and reheated, she left half of it. We will never return to this place.
Food was delish. Just be patient as there was only one person (the owner) serving everyone.

We were there for over an hour and a half. Had to wait over 45 minutes for food. Service was not too good.
The veal Marsala was good but not as sweet as it should be. The pasta was unremarkable (wish it came with mashed potato). The pasta pesto had just a few pieces of chicken and mushrooms.
We liked the unhurried, no noise, peaceful atmostphete. Felt unique.creative murals depicting Italy on the walls.Homeaid Sangria. And 2 cocktails , saled amd main course and dessert was not $80.00 bucks.

My wife and Inhave been coming to Bella Cucina for years now. In a city full of chain restaurants it's so refreshing to have a family run restaurant essentially in the middle of a neighborhood. The food is exquisitely prepared with only the finest and sometimes organic ingredients. One of the waiters, Tomati, is also a fine chef in his own right and frequently helps craft specials. He will also have the chef just "throw something together" that he thinks will work well. A few of our favorite dishes are collaborations of what we were feeling like having and what he conjured up with our input. The service is warm and friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Bella for what I consider to be the finest Italian food in Santa Clarita, if not Northern LA County.
We enjoyed our time, but I didn't enjoy my food choice. I ordered pasta w/olive oil and garlic and it was very dry.
Only one more table aside from our party and the staff just starting their shift didn't acknowledged us. Our first waiter left without advising.

Waitress was new and a bit flustered but provided great customer service and when she did not know the answer (several times), she inquired in order to find out the answer(s).

I dined early so I was the only one there. You would think the service would have been good, but it wasn't. After I was seated the waiter talked to another employee for 5-10 minutes before I even got a menu. When I was finished another couple arrived and the waiter spent about 15 minutes with them before I got my check.

We placed the coupon on the table when we first sat down, wow, was that a mistake. The service was minimal and thw waiter made us feel like he couldn't get us out fast enough and there were many empty tables so we knew that was not it. Water refill and asking us if we wanted dessert would have been nice.

Only 3 people in the restaurant at 6:30. Only waiter was not friendly and spent the whole time talking with a fellow employee (I think) at the bar talking negatively about another person. Food was only fair. And at tip time he reminded me that I needed to tip on the whole bill, not what I was paying. That I knew and didn't need to be told in a flippant way.
We are regulars and love the owners, staff and gotta love the food.... it's the best!!!

We love everything about Bella Cucina. Jay, the owner, is great. Erica, our favorite waitress is great. Smiley the bus boy is great and the FOOD is great.
Let me say that the food was okay. The problem started when I went to pay. I was there with my infant daughter and she was getting fussy. The waiter was over worked with the number of tables he had to service. I finally got my check can handed over my coupon and card. The manager came over and told me I had to order more stuff because he could not run my card for less than $10. Since my only choice was or order something else or drive to the bank and get cash I finally ordered a kids meal togo. According to the manager the machine would not accept a number less than 10 and I could not add the tip to the bill. Not 5 mins after I ordered more food the waiter came over and brought me my card and receipt showing he had run my card for the 7.48 I owed. I should have kept my mouth shut but instead I asked him why he could do that and the manager could not. He took all of the paperwork and my card and said he must have made a mistake and I would have to deal with the manager. So I went up to the checkout and confronted the manager. He said there was no way for that to happen until he found the receipt for 7.48. He then wanted to cancel it and charge me for the kids meal. I told him no I was only paying for my meal and since the card had been run to give me the receipt to sign. He finally did. To bad they just lost a customer.

Service was poor and good was very bland. Needed salt and there was nothing on the table. Couldn't get a waiter to even ask for some.
The Owner is always there to greet and welcome people at the door.
