After I ordered 2 beef sandwiches and they were prepared, I was advised that the $6.25 beef was actually $8.25/each because of a surcharge.

We ordered to go and my daughter said there was a person in training that did a great job. One of the corn dogs was overcooked at the tip and I would of not served this but we cut the end off and the 3yr old did not know the difference. Otherwise food was tasty.

my boyfriend got a chili cheese dog. he said the chili taste different then usual. that is taste like it came from a can. he didn't even eat it. he was really bummed.

The beef sandwiches have been consistently great for the over 10 years I've been coming here. However they just made a change to the giardinera and it is not good. It seems like maybe its something home-made, some green vegetables in an oil. It is not very spicy and just tastes bland and oily. It doesn't have the serrano, carrot, olives, etc that are in Vienna Giardinera which is the type people are used to when they go to beef places.

Good experience except the soup was cold. The manager fixed the problem by giving me a credit for the cold soup.

We stopped in fairly late; the staff was already starting to clean up the dining area. I was taking the food order to go so there was no problem. I was afraid that maybe the food would not be that great since it was so close to their closing time; but was pleasantly surprised. The beef was as excellent as always. As good as, if not better than, Portillios. Not as crowed and very good.

THere was also a deal going on in the restaurant and the workers didn't mind we had an extra coupon to use. Usually you get some weird faces when taking advantage of deals, but everyone here was awesome

I usually go thru the drive thru, and the clerk is always pleasant and accommodating. She addresses me by name when returning my credit card which makes you feel good.

I don't like half a green pepper laid onto the beef sandwich like a sheet. I like individual slices of sweet pepper on my sandwich.
