The waiter mixed up the orders on both my husband and myself, fruit instead of potatoes, and bacon instead of ham. He quickly remedied the mix up, but when I looked at the receipt, he had actually made the wrong entries. Food was very good, though and he was attentive overall.

We go to backburner, just about every weekend and this time was very disappointing. Our server was never around, and They were no where near as busy as they normal are on Sunday's. My eggs were cooked way to runny, and I couldn't find her to tell her by the time I saw her it way to late to complain I had to leave for an appointment. This is not normal for this restaurant, I was wishing we had one of the regular server's.

got there about 1:45; they close at 2. Never again. Service was SLOW. One of the owners sat at the counter and totally ignored us. One server was working. We ordered, finally, and got our food. Chicken sandwiches...the chicken was rubbery and not done...with no seasoning. The toast was burned. Then the owner turned off the music and lights, so we ate quickly and left. My dog enjoyed the hickey. Very disappointing!

The food tasted good, but for the price the portions were small. A sandwich with a side runs around 7.89 and when we asked for a few onions we were charged an additional cost. Restaurants that nickel and dime customers is a turn-off.

We stopped in on Sunday around 11:00 - breakfast was in high gear, so we had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. Waitresses were very friendly, atmosphere was nice. My parents (elderly) will definitely go back since Backburners is within 3 miles of their home. Glad I went to Restaurant.com for coupon so they could try Backburners.

Waitress was excellent and coffee good, not bitter. Food was plenty but not over loaded which mekes us eat more.

The omelet I ordered arrived to the table hot and was very good. You had your choice of potatoes, fruit or hash browns, I selected fruit and it was ripe and delicious. Along with the entrée you had a choice of bread...biscuit, tortilla or toast. I selected raisin bread and it was a bit more done than I would do at home but was still edible. My companion also had an omelet with two sides and he enjoyed his also.

It was fathers day and it was somewhat busy but the waitstaff was able to seat us and get us fed within an hour. The waitress even gave us, free, a homemade cinnamon roll because we could not make up our mind between the roll and biscuits and gravy, awesome restauraut and service.

I came in with some friends to catch up. It was a very pleasant experience. The server was attentive, but did not interfere with our socializing. It was a very nice breakfast. I will be back.

It was great to visit your restaurant! The only "issue" was the long wait for the food (30 minutes). BUT, it was Sunday AM and you guys were swamped. Thank you!

The waitress did not give us the check, instead she told us how much it was after we gave her the gift certificate. I like to see the bill before I pay for it.

I help out with a Lion's Club Newspaper Recycling Project, and every Wednesday and Saturday we go to the Backburner when we are done working. The food's always good, and the wait staff is the best - our coffee cups are never empty!

I've been a fan of your food starting with Roy's in Dewey. Don't know if you are still affiliated just know the quality hasn't changed. The server was tops! Insulator conversation fun!
