The food is always fresh and prepared with perfection in mind. The waitresses are always friendly and they give suggestions to satisfy any palate. We certainly give them a five star rating.

1st time at arrow head my husband really liked the Cheesesteak sub. We got burgers very good. Baby 1 year old got Chicken fingers and fries he enjoyed then had to take leftovers home he ate later.

The servers, barmaid, cook, and everyone pitched in to help each other. A very friendly group of people! Very clean establishment. Food was prepared fast. Fried pickles were great (my first time).

As we entered at least two people greeted us. We no sooner seated ourselves when we were asked what we wanted to drink and were told our server will be right with us. I believe there were at least three people taking care of us. I was never treated so good. The food was excellent.

For being a restaurant on a military installation this place never disappoints. Food is of good quality, service is exceptional.

Food was poor. Free popcorn was about the best part of the meal. Took LONG to get food. Vegetable soup was cold. Wings were greasy, not crispy. Threw away 1/2 dozen. Pizza was the worst pizza ever! Crust was not baked, but cheese & pepperoni were hard. Cheese fries - cheese was overdone.

Although this was our first time dining here, it will not be the last. The food was excellent, the waitress (Courtney) was very polite and helpful and that always helps to have a great meal and time spent dining. We will definitely return to Arrowhead Bar and Grill.

Very limited menu. Chef's Salad consisted solely of Romaine, ham and turkey lunchmeat and American cheese...no other vegetables. Served in a plastic bowl. However, the dressing was good and you couldn't beat the price!

We expected the pub to be in the town of Annville, but it was much further away in Ft Indiantown Gap. The atmosphere was less than appealing and the food was average.
