Both sandwiches were delicious, however my husband sandwich was very skimpy on the ham. Since ham is in the name of the restaurant, we think they could have been more generous.

Two wrong main dishes were brought out. The options given were (a) eat what was brought out (because, according to the waitress, it was very close to the same food anyway) or (b) wait 15 min for the right dishes to be brought out. The appetizers were brought _after_ the main dish, and even then only after we inquired about them. The food was not authentic and some of it was not high quality.

The food was good, but less good than usual, mostly due to the poor service. It seemed that the server didn't know how to wait on tables, appeared she was filling in. She had to go ask in kitchen a few times to answer our inquiries. We weren't offered ice with our water, nor were we offered a water refill or removal of used dishes until the other server helped us. Also, owner was not in.

This is a small mom & pop restaurant featuring Armenian food. The food is excellent. There are photos of the dishes to help diners new to the cuisine. Service is good.

We were the only table in the restaurant, so the service was good. We were unfamiliar with the menu, and the staff did a great job of explaining it to us.

The people were nice and the food was pretty good (especially the soup), but main courses were billed at higher prices then on the menu (didn't find out until the bill arrived, and it wasn't until the amount charged was questioned that they said they were soon changing the menus). The new, higher prices made the main courses less than good value. Also, even though it was early evening when we dined, they were out of a lot of the main course items (all the things we wanted, in fact). Then they messed up the bill at the end (in addition to the higher prices). So good food, nice people, but high prices and a less than perfect experience. I may go back for the excellent soup, but I won't become a regular.

Very accomadating, everything is prepared fresh upon request! If not on the menu, it will be prepared for you at your request! Everything was wonderful! There was a private party book that night, but we brought an out of town guest and they were very gracious and accomadating to us while preparing for a large private party! I would highly recommend!

Food was ok, but tasted like it was frozen for a while before preparation. Understandably so since when I was there there was nobody else eating, and if they have low turnout they have to keep their food costs low by freezing.

We have been to Ararat before, and once again, it lived up to our expectations. Food was wonderful. The hostess was as always, helpful and knowledgeable. Being a family run business, I can see the effort and care the family puts to make our experience a great one. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.
