Pizza is great. Thinner, airy, solid crust on their pizza. They also use real shaved Italian sausage, not the crumbles. Only complaint is the small space and close tables in which in tends to get loud in there, but not their fault since they are limited on space. I? recommended eating early dinner there.

Nothing was bad, but nothing struck us as excellent either. We tried the soup, the mozzarella appetizer, and the sicilian pizzq. The quantity of food was good and we brought home leftovers. Pizza by the slice works well for families.

i waited for them to call and verify before they would pjut my pieces in the oven....this took 5-6 minutes...It they would have put slices in the oven when i first asked, they could have verified and billed me at the same time my slices would have been warmed up and ready to eat...thought that was rude,,,normally great place to eat..

Never checked on us and I actually had to get up to hunt her down to let her know I had got veal instead if eggplant. She never gave the kids drink refills. They got up and went to an employee near the fountain and had drink refills. It was an awful situation and the food has gone downhill

Went on a Saturday for lunch. There were plenty other diners there. Excellent food and good atmosphere. Had the Anna's Special pie which was loaded with veggies and meats. Somehow the crust was not soggy, but held up wonderfully! I would highly recommend Anna's, which is conveniently located near many shops in downtown Apex!

Had Anna's special pizza. Almost good, but toppings not very hot. Seemed like crust must have been pre-baked, toppings added, and heated enough to melt the cheese. Was not a fresh-baked pie as I would have expected. Same thing happened last time. So, we won't order pizza there anymore. On another visit, we both had eggplant parmejan, but was also disappointing. So we won't order that again either.

While we were sitting at the table, one of the staff grabbed one of the empty chairs away from our table without a word - luckily we only were waiting for one other friend and only needed one extra chair and not two. Waitress was not friendly - borderline rude. After bill was dropped off, it took 25 minutes and me constantly trying to capture her attention before she picked up the credit card and we could leave.

It was hard to answer the above questions as it was used for a take out order. A friend has just had a baby so I ordered and picked up two DELICIOUS pizzas. The order was processed correctly and I was assisted in a timely manner. I would like to try Anna's again when I can dine in. My only real feedback is that the pizza was very salty. We had the Margurita and the house special. It was very tasty in part due to the salt but I was so thirty that I woke in the night to get a drink! This morning my hands are swollen!

It came out fast, and was great, but he service was less than desirable. Additionally, one of the waitresses made a snide remark about us that I heard. Both unacceptable and unprofessional. Our waiter, although slow, was nice and polite.

The staff ignored us from the moment we walked in the door. We were left standing with no acknowledgement at the front door. Once squeezed into a table for 4, the five of us were not given menus. The server didn't come to take our order and the pizza took forever to come to the table. They even ignored us when we tried to pay the bill.

The food was fabulous. We were impressed by the friendly atmosphere, the service and the quality of food. We were there at a busy lunch time and got the Philly cheese steak and also an Italian Sub. Fresh, lean meat and the taste is fantastic. French fries taste like they were hand cut and freshly prepared. We will make this our lunch place anytime we are in the Apex area.

We used to come to Anna's every Sunday for months. The service was always so poor that we stopped coming. No one comes and speaks with you if something is wrong. The staff has an it is what it is attitude. Their is nothing warming or welcoming about our experiences there.

We tried Anna's new location. The pizza is usually wonderful. We tried the other dishes.I had a veal with Eggplant. The eggplant was crispy-could not eat it. I asked the waiter for a steak knife. They did not have any- the dish worked after I removed the eggplant

Had trouble with service again. Our pizza came before the appetizer so we cancelled the it. They burned our 4 yr old granddaughter's slice the first time so brought out ours and while she waited for hers I gave her a piece of mine to keep her busy till hers was done.

Anna's is always great! Staff is friendly and efficient, pizza is fabulous! Pizza is sold in slices, as well as pies, so it gives all of our family a chance to order their favorites.

Service was extremely slow... Didn't get drinks till finished with appetizer and then only after asking for them. Waitress was too busy talking to people to do job right. We were also asked to move to table by kitchen so they could make room for large party with many young noisy kids next o us.

Server was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, but 2 people at our table waited for several minutes with an empty glass before he came by and offered refills--one of which we flagged him down to ask for. Food was excellent, though.

Pizza was very soggy and wet. Had to bring it home and put toppings on another pizza crust. Waitress said that is the way it's suppose to be. It was gross.

I really like Anna's Pizza -it's a lively restaurant with a good atmosphere. However, I feel that the service this time was mediocre at best. Wait staff have always been much better in the past. I hope will be addressed by management.

The food was exceptional, although the wait staff left much to be desired. I understand it was Saturday at 7:30pm, which is a very busy time. However, it took about 35 minutes before we got our meal.

It's very small and wasn't really able to accommodate a group of 6 easily. We had to place our order while we were standing waiting for a large enough table to open. Nice place, just too small.

Food and service were great. The only downside was that they didn't have air conditioning. It's was 85 outside (which was cooler than inside) and hard to enjoy dinner and family because it was so uncomfortable.

waited a long time for our garlic knots and they definitely weren't up to par that night. they were overdone and hadn't been brushed w/ butter or olive oil like usual, they they just sat for so long it all got absorbed. they are usually soft, but ours were hard and clearly one was burnt. i never would've served them. they usually are great. and our pizza had one area of outer crust that wasn't clearly done either. it was white compared to the rest being golden. and this was where we had mushrooms put (just on two slices), so not sure if that was the reason, the cook didn't want to overcook the mushrooms. this all was very unusual since we've been on many other occasions and the foods been great.
