The staff was great. The problem came with the quality of the food. The shrimp was overcooked. I've always enjoyed going to Bucks, but the last few times, the food has just not been up to the quality that I had been getting.
Food and service were excellent. Noise was bothersome and glad to leave there so we could hear each other talking.

Service was great & immediate - our 1st time here - ordered personal 12" pizzas - definitely better value to order 2 personnel pies over 1 lg pie(if you don't want a lot of toppings) The pizza was EXCELLENT! - very fresh, wonderful soft chewy dough, great flavorful sauce & fresh mozzarella cheese. very good!
Garlic knots came out really burnt. Had to ask for not so done ones. Server was great

the pizza was horrible!!!!! moved down here from new jersey. was looking for a place that served "ny/nj" style pizza. heard about anna's, n decided to try it. one of the worse decisions I've made...... I will never be able to get back that time I wasted there.

A/c was blowing on us and we got very cold before we finished eating. Even the waitresses were wearing jackets
No air conditioning. we were pretty upset. they said the manager was out of town.

It was a bit loud with music and had difficulty talking above the noise. Tables are too close together so the noise of other patrons also is loud. I would not recommend it if you have a few in your party and need to talk business.
took way too long to get pizza
The meal was good, but bread sticks were to be included. Asked about them and then was given bread and butter. Sauce was excellent. Also ordered a garden salad which was just ok for $5.99.

Maria, our server, messed up our appetizer order and brought the wrong dressing for my salad. Seemed to write both instructions down, but maybe not. She had messed up orders at other tables we heard while we were there also.

Our only complaint is the very poor acoustics which makes for an painfully loud atmosphere. A few curtains on the windows and walls would help tremendously.
Service was slow but the pizza and wings were EXCELLENT!!! Love the NY crispy crunchy crust that we used to get back in NY/NJ. Had the eggplant pizza and BBQ sauce wings and they were so-ooo good! We prefer the Fuquay-Varina location as parking is much better than the other local in Apex. Service was a bit slow here -- kids busy chatting it up at times but overall, OK as the food made up for the long wait.
We all tried something different so we could taste each others dish. It was all very good. Good size portions. The only thing I thought was that the price of the wine for the amount we received in each glass was not good.

We ordered 2 Sicilian Pizza's for pick up to feed a family gathering with out of town guests. We spoke highly of the Pizza prior to pick up but were disappointed in the overall taste of the pizza. It was cold, didn't seem to be fully cooked (soggy in middle) taste/seasoning needed improvement and needed more cheese. If quality and taste do not improve on next visit, we will go back to NY Pizza in FV.
We ordered the stuffed pizza. It was excellent and large enough to feed an army!
The sign said seat yourself so we did but it took at least 5 minutes to be acknowledged.
The quality of food at Anna's is untouchable in this area! Hands down the BEST pizza here (and that is coming from a born and raised New Yorker!)

We had the Mozzarella Sticks, which are the best in town. The pizza was very good, as were some of the other dishes served. The server was very polite & attentive.
Not sure how to explain , not bad but not good, I only go cause of the certificate, probably would choose a different place. Nothing special?
2 of the 5 people in my group ordered egg plant parmasion. Both plates had egg plant sliced so thin that the breading made up 90% of the food.The manager was called & both plates were removed from the bill. Overall the entire experience was ruined.The server & Manager were very sorry and pleasant but we will not be returning.

Desserts we had were great. Loved the idea of building our own pizzas and that there are pizzas for one, by the slice etc. So many options. Have not tried any entrees other than pizza.

1 of the pizzas arrived with a crust that was burned on the bottom. Unfortunately, it was mine and I don't like anything with a burned taste.
Pizza is excellent but wings are terrible. Please stop serving breaded wings! First, real Buffalo wing are never breaded. Second, and most important, wings are the only meal choice for those on gluten free or low carb diets.
We loved the Crostino style pizza's. We ordered both the traditional version and a white pizza with spinach. Outstanding, fresh ingredients, crust is crisp and tasty.
We tried some non-Pizza items on the menu. Food was pretty good. However, we'll like stick to the pizza going forward and eat at Daniels or Assagio's make better Italian dishes. One comment on their Pizza - it's very good, but also super expensive and again look to Assagio's or even J&S more often. They are just as good and are less expensive.
Waitress was helpful, the mgr came out to greet us and offer to answer questions about the special we ordered.Wish the waitress had been a little more knowledgeable about the spicing of the Shrimp Alijo (sp?) My wife tried that, tasted wonderful
Service and food Quality were acceptable.Every one in the group noticed the quantity of food has decreases, The preparation of the meals is excellent.The have not raised their prices but have reduced the size of the meals.
The servicer was new thus there was some waiting but the server did try hard to do well.The food was not up to the usual standards that I've come to expect from Anna's. The food was bland and the portions were smaller.My wife had to ask for some additional sauce because her Veal had no flavor.It must have been an off night because dinning at Anna's in the past has always be great.. tonight not so much.

Nice large space. Lots of service staff. Only downer was use of paper plates that tended to fall apart.
The taste of the food is not as good as I remembered it being the first time I ate there. The waiter took a long time preparing our drinks and then when it was time to pay, she was no where to be found. My main complaint is it takes to long to order and pay when it is time to go. I wish the experience was faster because most of the time we have time restrains and only have a certain amount of time to spend in the restaurant. It is a very friendly place and I would enjoy eating there more if it was faster.
