Food was tasty Very disappointed the mariachi band didn’t show up. Also ran out of chimichurri sauce & it wasn’t busy.

The food is Xcellent. Fresh. Friendly staff. The owner is a pleasure to speak with each time we go there
This is the BEST Mexican food anywhere. Always freshly made and generous portion sizes. A must go to restaurant if you're looking for Mexican food. Looking forward to going back.
Guacamole fresh, needs a drop of spice (request it) , chips a tad stale, salad ?? eh, paella very good, service very good, cranberry juice no bueno. Will eat here again.

I would have given this restaurant a much better grade but my friends scallop dinner was way overpriced at $38.00. We will not be back even tho the margarita was good.

We had the fajita special with chicken, shrimp, steak and sausage and branzino. Both dishes were fabulous. The service and sangria were too! Can’t wait to go back!

The food was delicious, as usual. The skirt steak was cooked to perfection and the salmon was some of the best ever. The portion size were very generous. The best chips and fresh salsa. Looking forward to going back again.
Our Waiter Brian is awesome, very friendly, knowledgeable of all the varieties of food,didnt need to write anything down. Sangria was great,

Small, a few TVs and bar but it was not intrusive and we had conversation and wonderful time.
The wine was over priced and their was no wine list. It was hot and I couldn't enjoy my meal.

salsa sauce was a little salty otherwise was tasty and right amount of spicy
WE also had steak dishes (fajitas, carne asada) and the quality of the meat was quite good and cooked perfectly. And there was plenty of food. I barely finished mine. We tried flan for dessert. Good flavor but the consistency was runny, not the firmer texture I associate with flan. Nice atmosphere and there were pleasant musicians. We went on a Sunday evening so it wasn't too crowded, but it's not a big place, so I can see where it might get crowded at certain times. I would definitely return.
They had live music, on this Sunday afternoon, plus food, and service were excellent.

This was our first time going on a Saturday night and it probably will be the last. I love the food here but yesterday evening it took over an hour to get our food (two tables of people left during the wait), drinks were disappointing (seemed watered down), and the waiters seemed so overwhelmed...we had to send a plate back.

I went with my family to 5 de mayo for dinner recently. The restaurant itself is clean and attractive and even on a Saturday night was not too noisy. We ordered three appetizers a shrimp cocktail, a cherizo with cheese and a guacamole. The shrimp appetizer was great as was the cherizo with cheese.The guacamole was just about average with some stringy pieces in it. We then ordered 4 dinners two burritos one with vegetables and one with chicken, a chicken fajita and a swiss style chicken burrito. The burritos were just about average but the enchilada and the swiss style burrito were very good.Service was good and was responsive.We developed a problem in getting the check (over a 10 minute wait) and once the check arrived we found out that the sodas were not refillable and were 3.50 each. After I complained we were refunded the extra charges for the sodas The price to value ratio is about average for this type of restaurant. All in all this was a good experience and I look forward to returning in the near future.

Not only is the food great, the staff is wonderful. The restaurant was pretty calm and quiet, but the kitchen was definitely busy! Lots of people ordering take out and pick ups!

The best meal we've ever had a Mexican restaurant. Very nice atmosphere. Food was delicious... the burrito was over stuffed with the most tasty, juicy pork and the steak and chicken in the fajitas were very tender, both seasoned to perfection. Very fresh and delicious salsa with the chips. Service was excellent... friendly and attentive. The portion sizes were very generous and prices reasonable. It was our first time there and we are already looking forward to the next time. We have already recommended it to several other people. We would our experience a 10 if we could. One of our best dinning experiences ever!!
