To validate a certificate at your restaurant, you have a few different options: Customers Mobile App, Restaurant Management Center, QR Code, IVR
Using the Mobile App to validate a certificate: Navigate to the Restaurant.com app, Click the My Deals section of the bottom tab bar, Navigate to the certificate you would like to validate, Click the Use Now button, and Click the Mark Deal As Used button and you will have successfully validated a certificate
RMC: Navigate to the Restaurant.com Partners website, Once logged into the Partners website navigate to the Certificates page. This is located on the left hand side, Click on the Certificates tab, Click the 3 dots on the top right of the page next to the date selection, Then click on the Validate Certificate tab that appears once you click the 3 dots, Enter the code for the certificate you could like to click validate, Then Click Validate, Verify this is the certificate that should be validated, then click redeem now.
QR code on the website: Navigate to the certificates page on the Restaurant.com website, Locate the certificate you would like to validate and click View certificate, Scroll down to the Restaurant only use section with the QR code, Next, you will be taken to a validation page, Now, click Use Certificate, then click confirm.
