What if I already have my own website?
Then you’re in good company! We have more than 13,000 restaurants on the program and the majority of them already have their own website. We place a direct link from the site that we manage to your website, driving additional traffic to the website you worked so hard to build.
What if I’ve tried other programs just like yours and they didn’t work for me?
Restaurant.com’s Profit Improvement System is completely unique from any other marketing program. We never ask you for any payment, and we customize our system to meet your needs. Additionally, because our system provides directly measurable results, you will be able to track your success.
What if I am already using a program like Open Table®, DiningGuide®, or Southwest Florida Dines®?
We have many Restaurant Partners that use more than one program. They help fill a portion of your tables, and we want to help you fill even more.
Why should I use your system if I don’t have empty tables, I don’t need help getting new business, and I have a two hour wait every night?
That’s a great problem to have, and if someone comes in from Restaurant.com, they will wait like everyone else. However, with each week that goes by you lose customers not due to anything that you are doing, but because people move, they get transferred, or a new restaurant is built near them and becomes their favorite. So for every customer you lose, let us help bring in a new customer. Additionally, our back-end reports and customer surveys provide you valuable information about your restaurant.
Shouldn’t I wait until I see how my traditional print advertising is going to work first?
Using multiple avenues to enhance your business is important. But our system is unique in that it is directly measurable. When we send you a customer, you will know that our system is working. With print advertising, you really can’t gauge how many customers are visiting because of a newspaper or magazine ad. Plus, you assume 100% of the risk and cost without ever being able to measure the results.
How long does it take to get set up?
Our Restaurant Consultants can walk you through our system in about 15 minutes, although we are happy to take as long as you need to answer any questions.
What is the process for signing up, and how long does it take to get set up?
Restaurant.com will send a consultant to your restaurant and walk you through the entire process. In about 15 minutes, they can explain the entire Profit Improvement System™. After sign-up, we collect the information we need, take a few pictures for your new website, and we will have you up and running within 2-3 days.
Can I sign up online?
No. Because of the nature of our program, we need to understand your business and tailor our system to meet your unique needs. It is also important to have all of our free products and services explained to you so that you are able to extract the maximum benefit. We have a network of Restaurant Consultants that would be happy to walk you through everything in one 15- minute visit.
What is the length of my commitment?
There is a 12-month commitment when signing up with Restaurant.com. Because we view this as a partnership, if you have any issues or concerns we will work to solve them to your satisfaction.
